We are very grateful to Alenna Leonard for permitting us to make her glossary for management available. As it describes, it draws on contributions by Stafford Beer, Barry Clemson and others. It is naturally not a definitive glossary — it is designed for business management — but it contains much that is important, fascinating and most of all helpful in other contexts too.
Over time it will be useful to develop a general glossary for cybernetics, to enrich an authoritative set of significant concepts. This would be a valuable community project.
